- 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up four shallow dishes: Pour milk in the first, mix flour and garlic seasoning in the second, add ranch dressing to the third, combine panko crumbs and dry ranch mix in the fourth.
- Coat each portobello cap in this order: dip in milk, roll in flour, coat with ranch dressing, then cover with panko crumbs. Place in air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air-fry for about 7 minutes until golden brown, checking occasionally for even cooking.
