Description

Golden and crispy, Air Fryer Ranch Mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetizer that combines the earthy flavor of portobello mushrooms with zesty ranch seasoning. Ingredients

  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up four shallow dishes: Pour milk in the first, mix flour and garlic seasoning in the second, add ranch dressing to the third, combine panko crumbs and dry ranch mix in the fourth.
  3. Coat each portobello cap in this order: dip in milk, roll in flour, coat with ranch dressing, then cover with panko crumbs. Place in air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Air-fry for about 7 minutes until golden brown, checking occasionally for even cooking.
