  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix!
  5. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
