  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients: oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until blended. Stir in one cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Grease an 8" x 4" loaf pan with oil spray and pour in the batter. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
