Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup cookie butter spread (such as Biscoff)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- 6–8 Biscoff cookies
