- 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 10 ounces marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 7 Biscoff Cookies
Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan by greasing it with butter or baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Rice Krispies Cereal with 6 broken Biscoff Cookies.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the salted butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together. Gradually add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and cookie mixture. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly. Sprinkle remaining cookie pieces on top and press gently to adhere.
