- 1 pound sausage (mild or spicy)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package peppered gravy mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned; drain excess grease.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces and line the bottom of the prepared baking pan with them.
- Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the biscuits and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over the cheese layer.
- Prepare gravy according to package instructions and pour it over the egg mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
