- 2 tbsps ketchup
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp minced ginger
Instructions
- Marinate 2 lbs of sliced chicken breasts in 1 tbsp cornstarch for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients: ½ cup chicken stock, ⅓ cup soy sauce, ½ cup bourbon, ¼ cup apple juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, ⅓ cup brown sugar, 2 tbsps ketchup, 1 tbsp sriracha, ½ tbsp minced garlic, and ¼ tsp minced ginger.
- Preheat griddle to 400-425°F and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add chopped vegetables and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
