  • ½ pound breakfast sausage
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 68 slices American cheese
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Brown the breakfast sausage in the same skillet; set aside with the bacon.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in a medium bowl; scramble in the skillet over medium-high heat until just set.

  6. Top with cheese slices and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
