Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a large skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in the same skillet; set aside with the bacon.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a medium bowl; scramble in the skillet over medium-high heat until just set.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally; layer scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon on the bottom halves.
- Top with cheese slices and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter with maple syrup and brush over the buns; bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
