- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup packed brown sugar (for glaze)
- ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped (or ¼ cup dried onion flakes)
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¾ cup regular bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
