  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fleur de sel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together melted mixture, sugars, and eggs until smooth; stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl; fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spread batter in a greased baking pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. For the ganache, heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
  7. Once brownies cool completely, cut into squares, dip in ganache, and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
