  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder together, then add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Bake the brownie base for 23-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  4. For the peanut butter filling, blend melted butter, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar until creamy.
  5. Prepare the ganache by heating heavy cream and pouring it over dark chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  6. Once baked brownies cool slightly, spread the peanut butter filling on top followed by the ganache. Chill for 2 hours before slicing.
