Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
- 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of each cheese; mix well.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly on the bottom halves and top with remaining cheese.
- Place tops of rolls on the chicken mix and brush with butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
