Instructions
- Melt 1 cup unsalted butter over medium-low heat until browned. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 8-inch round baking pans.
- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups cake flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Mix in the browned butter until fully incorporated.
