  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix until well combined and press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix well. Gradually incorporate sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set.
  6. Allow cheesecake to cool gradually in the oven with the door slightly ajar; then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
