  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • Chopped butterscotch chips for topping
  • Cinnamon graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Create the cream cheese layer by beating together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  3. For the pudding layer, whisk together pudding mix, chopped butterscotch chips (½ cup), and cold milk as per package instructions; let sit until thickened.
  4. Assemble by layering half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then pour in all the pudding mixture, followed by the remaining cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with additional butterscotch chips and graham cracker crumbs. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
