- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded spinach
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve
Instructions
- Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
