- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/3 cup (116 g) honey
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp (84 g) unsalted butter, very softened
- 6 oz (170 g) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup (97 g) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
- Warm milk to 110°F and combine with yeast and sugar; let sit until frothy (5–10 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, spices, and salt. Combine dry ingredients with the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth (8–10 minutes), then let rise until doubled (about 90 minutes).
- Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar and spices; roll out dough, spread butter, sprinkle filling, roll tightly, and slice into rolls.
