- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- For the drizzle, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in lemon juice and garlic powder.
