- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup finely chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter in a large pan until it’s golden and nutty, then chill it until it reaches about 75°F.
- Blot the pumpkin puree with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Mix the cooled browned butter with both sugars until pale and sandy.
- Whisk in egg yolks, vanilla, and dried pumpkin puree until combined.
