  • 10 Lasagna Noodles
  • 3 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo Sauce (jarred)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread 3 ounces of chicken mixture on each noodle; top with Alfredo sauce.
  5. Roll up each noodle gently and place seam-side down in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
