  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry green beans for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, then pour over the mixture. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
