  4. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant (2 minutes).
  5. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry until tender-crisp (5–6 minutes).
  6. Return chicken to pan; mix in sauce and heat for an additional 2–3 minutes.
