  • 2 cups heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped) for ganache

Instructions

  3. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in short bursts until smooth; let cool slightly.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla using an electric mixer; add heavy cream gradually until thick.
  5. Combine melted chocolate with two-thirds of the filling mixture; spread over the crust and chill.
  6. Fold creamy peanut butter into the reserved filling and layer it over the chocolate layer; chill again.
  7. Prepare ganache by melting remaining chocolate with heavy cream; spoon over cheesecakes once set.
