  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 oz cream cheese (chocolate layer)
  • 10 oz cream cheese (peanut butter layer)
  • 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by blending Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch pie pan and freeze.
  2. For the chocolate layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth.
  3. For the peanut butter layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; then add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into both mixtures. Spread the chocolate layer over the crust followed by the peanut butter layer; swirl melted peanut butter on top.
