Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for the topping.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of dough and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to seal edges.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
