Description

Churro Cheesecake is a delightful fusion dessert that marries the crispiness of churros with the creamy richness of cheesecake. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for any occasion, whether you’re hosting a party or enjoying a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough into a baking dish, pressing it to cover the bottom evenly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar; blend until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the dough layer and top with the second package of crescent roll dough, sealing seams.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously.
  6. Bake for about 28 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling for at least 3 hours before slicing.
