  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbs, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by heavy cream and white chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake in a water bath for about 100 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar before refrigerating for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with whipped cream and crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch before serving.
