  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted water according to package directions. Drain and cool under running water.
