  • 14 oz andouille sausage (smoked, sliced)
  • ½ lb smoked ham (cubed)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 jalapenos (finely chopped)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • Steamed white rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Soak the red beans overnight in water.
  2. In a large stock pot, combine soaked beans, water, ham bone, and bay leaves; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
