- 1 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for about 30 seconds until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Set aside.
- In a mixer, blend softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Mix in the heat-treated flour and salt until incorporated.
