  • 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for about 30 seconds until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Set aside.
  3. In a mixer, blend softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Mix in the heat-treated flour and salt until incorporated.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  6. Combine the melted mixture into the cookie dough base and mix thoroughly.
  7. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  8. Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  9. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Cut into squares and enjoy!
