  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
