  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus extra for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir until a thick batter forms.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
