- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms; ensure they are dry.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter with Dijon mustard, chopped herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne (if using), and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the cowboy butter mixture.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 20-22 minutes until golden brown and tender.
