  • 1/2 red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 medium onion (finely diced)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
  • Spices: Old Bay seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper
