Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 ounces crumbled bacon
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls (sliced in half)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat, melt the cream cheese.
- Stir in ranch dressing mix, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Add green onions, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Place bottom halves of rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture and place the top halves of rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of rolls; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5–8 minutes until golden brown.
