  • 10 whole cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth

  • ⅓ cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tsp better than bouillon)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce (can sub Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: Dried thyme, mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings; dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic cloves until golden brown; remove.
  4. Whisk together chicken broth, bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, mustard powder, and flour in the skillet until simmering.
  5. Return chicken and garlic to the skillet; stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through.
