  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  2. In the same skillet with a tablespoon of bacon grease left, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  3. While chicken rests, crumble bacon and slice chicken into strips. Mix ranch seasoning with water in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle ranch mixture over chicken strips to coat evenly.
  5. On a tortilla, spread mayo-sour cream mixture in the center, add ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly and cook seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
