Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large flour tortilla
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped lettuce
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- In the same skillet with a tablespoon of bacon grease left, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- While chicken rests, crumble bacon and slice chicken into strips. Mix ranch seasoning with water in a small bowl.
- Drizzle ranch mixture over chicken strips to coat evenly.
- On a tortilla, spread mayo-sour cream mixture in the center, add ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and cook seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
