Instructions

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of a large oval slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside the icing packets.
  3. Layer the cut cinnamon rolls evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add an even layer of chopped apples on top.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well blended.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered cinnamon rolls and apples.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 hours.
