  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 (32 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 jars (15 oz each) alfredo sauce
  • 12 oz oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 2½ cups chopped baby spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • Garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Layer ingredients: start with alfredo sauce on the bottom, followed by noodles, half the cheese mixture, chicken, spinach; repeat layers.
  4. Finish with noodles topped with remaining alfredo sauce and spinach.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with additional mozzarella cheese before serving.
