- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces penne pasta

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Add chicken broth, garlic, onion, and bell peppers.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with forks and return to the crock pot.
