Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes and onion. Cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer half of the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with half of the cubed steak and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Repeat layering with remaining potatoes and steak.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all layers.
