  • 1½ cup graham crackers (finely crushed)

Instructions

  5. Use a cookie scoop to portion out dough, rolling each ball in remaining graham crackers before placing them on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly to about ¾ inch thick.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
