Description

  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks, melted)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter pastel M&M's
  • Optional: Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Press about 2 cups of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge filling over the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top followed by M&M's and optional sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away slightly from the pan. Allow cooling before cutting into bars.
