- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- sprinkle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Beat room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour, then mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
