  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 5 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining bacon.
  5. Layer frozen tater tots over the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes; then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
