Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh tomatoes (preferably Roma, quartered)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
- Optional: 240 ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

- Roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
