- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 12 lasagna noodles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sausage until fully cooked; drain fat. Stir in minced garlic and spaghetti sauce, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
- Layer the bottom of the dish with meat sauce, followed by uncooked noodles, cheese mixture, and more sauce. Repeat twice.
- Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Add the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil (sprayed side down) and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil for an additional 10 minutes to brown.
