  • Kosher salt
  • 1 Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • Creamed horseradish
  • Baguette (sliced into 1/2"-thick slices)
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  2. In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese and creamed horseradish. Add water gradually until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast them on a baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Slice cooked ribeye thinly. Spread horseradish sauce on each toasted baguette slice, top with ribeye, and drizzle balsamic glaze.
