- 1 large loaf white bread (brioche or French)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place half in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
