- ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, cornstarch, and optional ingredients until combined.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites and then fold in blueberries.
- Scoop batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
